Is this 100% legal and safe for my Google listing?

Absolutely. We only use Google's official content policy violation and review removal request processes. We never use bots, paid manipulation, or any tactics that violate Google's Terms of Service. Your GBP listing is never at risk. This is the same process Google recommends business owners use — we just know how to build the case properly so Google acts on it.

What types of reviews can actually be removed?

Reviews that violate Google's policies are eligible for removal. Common examples include: fake reviews from non-customers, reviews posted by competitors, reviews from current or former employees (conflict of interest), reviews containing false factual claims, spam or duplicate reviews, reviews with hate speech, threats, or irrelevant content, and reviews that are clearly about a different business. Reviews you want removed need to be two months or older.

What if Google doesn't remove it? Do I still get charged?

How long does the removal process take?

Can the reviewer just post the same review again?
